Welcome to Pick a Posy online store, we are so excited to be able to share our love of florals with you and offer same day delivery service around Wellington.

Where are my flowers designed and grown? 

Each bouquet/arrangement is individually created for you at Pick a Posy in Lyall Bay, from a selection of seasonal New Zealand market fresh flowers and hand wrapped into a beautiful bouquet.

Can I send a message?

Yes, at check-out, there is a box for you to fill our your personal message, we will hand write or print this on to our custom-made cards.

How will my flowers stay fresh when being delivered?

All flowers sent out on our courier service are wet wrapped on the stems’ ends with a day's worth of water to ensure freshness. The highest care is taken when producing our goods with quality being our number one priority.   

Delivery Details

  • To guarantee same day delivery, we request that you place your order by 2pm Monday - Friday, by 9 am Saturday. There is no Sunday delivery available, except for Mother’s Day. 

  • If you would really love your flowers delivered on the same day but it is after 2pm, just give us a quick buzz and we will let you know if we are still able to deliver your blooms.

  • All flowers and gifts are delivered with utmost care.

  • Delivery charges are determined according to suburb and delivery costs will be added to your order at checkout.

  • If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the flowers, the flowers will be left in a safe, weather protected spot at the delivery address specified as we see fit.

  • If the incorrect Delivery details are provided or we are unable to gain access to the property due to locked gates or barking dogs etc. we may need to return the product to our store and contact you to arrange re-delivery which may incur a re-delivery fee!

  • If your address is NEW... Please leave us instructions as we do rely on Google maps to find you!

  • Please take care in providing correct delivery details!! --It makes for a smooth ride!

Same Day delivery is available for the Wellington area if ordered before cut off time. Will my flowers look like the photo?

Flowers may vary to what is pictured due to seasonal availability of product, but please be assured that every Bouquet will be designed with love and care. Please let us know if you have any colour or flower variety preferences.

  • All images of flowers presented on our website to order reflect a particular time and season.

  • Although we will endeavour to create arrangements that closely resemble your selection, please allow for changes in availability and seasons.

  • Please take the time to read our descriptions as some images are an example of what you may receive as it is a "seasonal' style choice!

  • We will substitute flowers with similar blooms to best reflect the style of the image displayed, and colour selection you have chosen.

  • If your requirements are quite specific, you may prefer to contact us directly and place your order via telephone on 04 3873411.

Goods Return Policy

If you deem the product to be faulty we will happily replace your good/s or refund your money subject to the following:
1. Please email us at or phone us on 04 3873411 advising us orders@pickaposy.co.nz of your concerns in relation to the good/s within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
2. Goods will NOT be refunded where there has been a change of mind, or after the 48hr period.
3. The goods need to be returned back to Pick a Posy within 48 hours.
5. Once we have received the goods and are satisfied with your concerns we will either replace the good/s or issue a refund for the purchase price of the applicable item and the original freight that we charged within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.

We will always work with you to rectify a problem, so please be kind- We make and deliver all of our blooms with love, however please remember we are also all human!- and we are dealing with fresh product!

Public Holidays

We are closed on all Public Holidays - If you place an order for a public holiday, we will contact you and offer a refund or delivery of your order the next business day.

GST (Goods & Services Tax)

All prices quoted include GST for orders placed within New Zealand.

 

Can I get a photo of what is sent?

Yes, please put this in the special instructions and we will send you the photo to the email address you ordered through.
